Okay. I have a Desktop Control program at my house and I am trying to get it to where I can help my grandparents. I left my house without writing down the software name and now I can’t remember it. I know it is something ike CoolDirect or CoolLink. I know it has Cool at the begining of it. Can anyone help me out please?
I’m asking for this software, not another one.
It is Windows Vista. Which doesn’t really matter. This is a Freeware and it allows you to connect through a simple access code. I am unable to use the one Windows offers because of my Network Security. If I try to use Windows Assistance it won’t work unless it is on my network.
